Online Purchase Return Policy and Cancelled Orders

  • If you have received the wrong item, or are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via email within 2 days of receipt of your order.
  • If you return in as new condition, an item that you are dissatisfied with for any reason which is not our fault, we will refund you the price of the product returned.
  • If you have received a product due to our error, we will promptly provide you with advice on how to return the item for a full credit including any postage charges you incur.
  • Please note, proof of purchase will be required for all returns.

     

     

    CANCELLED ORDERS

  • To cancel your order, please email us at footwear@workbootwarehouse.com.au.  Please provide the orders details including the order number, name on the order and total order value.  Please note that cancelled orders can only be accepted in writing via email.  The cancellation request must be received within 24 hours of the order confirmation to avoid incurring any postage costs.
